Irritation and inflammation of the lining of the stomach are known as Gastritis. Drinking alcohol in excess or stress can cause gastritis. Common symptoms of gastritis include Vomiting, indigestion, hiccups, abdominal pain and black stools.

I. Add honey to green tea
Green tea is one of the best medicine when it comes to fat loss or skin problems. Surprisingly green tea can also help in curing gastritis, studies have shown that green tea can reduce the widespread of Helicobacter pylori in your digestive tract. Drinking green tea with added honey can help in aid to gastritis. Just boil some warm water and add a half teaspoon of green tea and let it sit for two minutes after green tea is prepared to add a teaspoon of honey to it.
Eating foods that contain probiotics can help in curing gastritis as probiotics help in improving digestion and improve the excretion system. Foods such as yoghurt and kefir contain lots of probiotics, eating these foods will surely encourage digestion system and will help in the prevention of gastritis.
III. Avoid smoking and drinking

V. Avoid inflammation causing foods
Gastritis involves inflammation of stomach lining, therefore consuming foods which can encourage inflammation should be avoided. You can add more anti-inflammatory foods to your diet chart which will surely help to reduce inflammation. Foods which contain gluten and alcohol should be avoided. VI. Essential oil

You can use essential oil by adding a few drops to your pillow.

Foods such as pasta, low-fat milk products, fruit juices and many others are good light food meals, you can eat them while suffering from gastritis.

Ginger is known to have anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that can help in the reduction of inflammation of stomach lining. You can take ginger by adding it your diet or you can just chew it. You can also take the ginger powder and add rock salt to it, dissolve it in a warm cup of water and it will help you relieve the pain and irritation.
